**Summary of Responsibilities:**

-   Build and maintain relationships with clients.
-   Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
-   Identify prospective clients and develop strategies to target them.
-   Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
-   Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
-   Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the hospitality industry.
-   Attend industry events to network and promote our services.

## Requirements

-   Indonesian Citizen only
-   Fluent in Mandarin, with certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
-   Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry; especially in handling Chinese wedding, event and catering
-   Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
-   A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
-   Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
-   Proficient in English communication in both written and spoken
-   Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
