We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

**Summary of Responsibilities:**

-   Act as the contact for International clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
-   Coordinate and execute the planning and delivery of wedding experiences, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation arrangements, and other services.
-   Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
-   Create and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle financial transactions.
-   Prepare event proposals, contracts, and other related documents.
-   Provide on-site event supervision and support.
-   Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.

## Requirements

-   Only for Indonesian Citizen
-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
-   Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
-   Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
-   Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
-   Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
