We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

**Summary of Responsibilities:**

-   Create and implement sales in operational activities for Wedding, MICE and events business
-   Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities, especially Japanese markets
-   Proactively sell the hotels’ event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue into the event, restaurant, and bar areas
-   Plan, lead and execute all Japanese MICE & Wedding events, ensuring all operational processes and procedures are adhered to
-   Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events
-   Establish business and market share for Wedding, MICE and special events business
-   Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies

## Requirements

-   Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
-   Fluent in Japanese, with a certified language test (minimum N2)
-   Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
-   Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
-   A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
-   Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
-   Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
