## Description

AYANA Komodo is a luxurious resort nestled in the stunning Komodo National Park, and we are excited to announce an opening for a Kids Club & Recreation Facilitator. This role is pivotal in creating memorable experiences for our younger guests, ensuring they engage in fun, educational, and stimulating activities during their stay.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Develop and deliver engaging and fun daily activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and physical activity
-   Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care while maintaining a positive atmosphere
-   Provide guidance during activities, ensuring that the objectives are met while promoting a spirit of cooperation and inclusivity
-   Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's participation and experiences
-   Ensure all equipment and facilities are safe and well-maintained
-   Monitor and document children's progress and experiences, providing insights to enhance future programs
-   Collaborate with other team members to create special events or theme days for the Kids Club
-   Engage in training and professional development to consistently improve your skills and the experiences provided

## Requirements

-   Has experience in a similar role in the hospitality or recreation industry, particularly with children
-   Strong understanding of child development and ability to create age-appropriate activities
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with children and their families
-   Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing personality
-   Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
-   First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred
-   Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
-   Diploma or degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation Management, or a related field is preferred
