## Description

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Hostess to work with our Food & Beverage team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

### Responsibilities

-   Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression
-   Provide accurate waiting time estimates and efficiently manage the guest waiting list
-   Handle restaurant reservations and coordinate seating arrangements
-   Present menus to guests and introduce them to their assigned Waiter/Waitress
-   Ensure guests receive a warm and courteous farewell upon departure
-   Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area
-   Handle incoming calls professionally and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
-   Assist Mandarin-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and personalized dining experience

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort

-   Fluent in Mandarin & English
-   Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
-   Availability to work in shifts as needed
-   Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
-   Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
