## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Event Services Manager** to lead the planning, coordination, and execution banquet and event operations across assigned venues and operational support services for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, concerts, and large-scale events. This roles guarantees seamless, high-end event delivery in line with AYANA’s luxury service standards, oversees event setups, service flow, and on-site coordination, proactively resolves issues, maximizes guest satisfaction, supports revenue objectives through effective execution and opportunistic upsell identification in collaboration with Sales and Catering teams, maintains professional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and upholds AYANA’s reputation for exceptional quality event

### Responsibilities

-   Lead on-site execution of all assigned MICE, conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events, serving as the primary operational point of contact from event load-in to teardown
-   Verify and enforce 100% adherence to the BEO and agreed rundown, including room layout, AV/lighting configuration, timing sequence, décor placement, signage, and all specified details.
-   Oversee and personally inspect event setups for superior quality and brand-standard presentation; coordinate immediate corrections with setup, AV, facility, and public area teams prior to client arrival.
-   Manage live event production flow: strictly control the timeline, drive precise transitions between sessions/activities, maintain program momentum, and handle real-time adjustments with minimal disruption
-   Coordinate seamless integration across departments (AV/Technical, Event Facility/Public Area, Beverage logistics, Banquets service, security, engineering) to ensure unified execution.
-   Lead pre-event operational briefings with involved teams and conduct post-event internal debriefs to capture lessons learned, document successes/challenges, and improve future performance.
-   Support revenue objectives by ensuring flawless execution that enhances client perception, capturing opportunistic add-ons during events, and collaborating closely with Sales and Catering teams on follow-up leads.
-   Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients, external vendors, and internal stakeholders while upholding AYANA’s luxury service standards, cultural sensitivity, safety protocols, and sustainability commitments throughout all operations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel event operations, banquet operations, convention services, or facilities management.
-   Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
-   Strong practical knowledge of event facility management, banquet/event SOPs, setup standards, and operational flow
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-   Proficient in hotel/event management systems.
-   Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
