## Description

We are looking for a Assistant Manager Engineering who is highly motivated to work with our Engineering team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

### Responsibilities

-   Analyze operations and offer suggestions for improvement
-   Configure and maintain network-based AV systems
-   Inspect inventory and reorder materials and technical components
-   Support troubleshooting during live events or critical operations
-   Maintain records and assist to complete request from guest with system provide by the management
-   Coordinate with vendors, and operational teams

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
-   Solid understanding of AV signal flow, system integration, and troubleshooting
-   Strong technical skills in Audio Visual systems
-   Familiar with network devices such as managed switches, routers, and access points
-   Good knowledge of IT fundamentals, especially IP networking, experience with AV over IP systems
-   Has strong follow-up skills, great sense or urgency to prioritize work and perform well under pressure.
-   Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors, and operational teams
-   Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
-   Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other relevant fields
