## Description

The Plaza Residences, a luxury serviced apartment and part of AYANA Hospitality Management, is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical systems throughout our properties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

### Responsibilities

-   Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems including lighting, controls, wiring, and electrical equipment.
-   Respond promptly to electrical issues and execute repairs to minimize downtime.
-   Perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid electrical failures.
-   Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve electrical problems.
-   Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations and company policies.
-   Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and reports.
-   Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment as required.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred.
-   Minimum 1 years experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-   Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety procedures.
-   Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults efficiently.
-   Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
-   Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
-   Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments.
