The Engagement & Culture Section Head is responsible for shaping and driving organizational culture, employee engagement, and values integration. This role ensures that employee voice is heard and acted upon, fosters a culture aligned to company values, and designs impactful employee experiences that enhance retention and performance.

-   Lead organization-wide engagement surveys (e.g., CultureAmp, pulse surveys, focus groups).
-   Deliver insights through leader scorecards and executive dashboards.
-   Partner with leaders to co-create and monitor action plans from feedback.
-   Translate company values into leadership behaviors, rituals, and recognition frameworks.
-   Partner with business leaders to embed values into daily operations, decision-making, and leadership programs.
-   Act as cultural steward, ensuring consistent alignment between strategy, people, and behaviors.
-   Oversee the design of the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, career transitions, exit) & ensure all experiences reflect company values and strengthen culture.
-   Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver consistent, meaningful employee experiences.
-   Monitor engagement, retention, and key drivers of employee experience.
-   Provide data-driven insights to shape HR strategy and leadership decisions.
-   Track correlations between engagement, performance, and retention.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, or related field.
-   4–6 years experience in employee engagement & culture roles.
-   Strong expertise in survey tools.
-   Proven ability to translate insights into actions and cultural transformation.
-   Data-driven mindset with ability to link analytics to strategy.
