-   Collect, analyze, and maintain compensation and benefits data to support program effectiveness and internal equity.
-   Analyze salary structures, allowances, incentives, and benefits costs, and prepare comparison reports.
-   Support market benchmarking activities and participate in compensation surveys.
-   Prepare analytical inputs for salary reviews, promotions, and incentive cycles.
-   Monitor benefits utilization and cost trends, and generate analytical reports.
-   Analyze payroll, benefits, and headcount costs against approved budgets.
-   Track budget utilization and prepare variance analysis reports.
-   Support workforce cost modeling and forecasting exercises.
-   Assist in monitoring financial controls related to compensation and benefits spending.
-   Prepare standard and ad-hoc analytical reports and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and budgets.
-   Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across HR and finance systems.
-   Maintain structured datasets and documentation for compensation and budget analysis.
-   Analyze existing compensation, benefits, and budget-related processes and identify improvement opportunities.
-   Provide analytical insights to support decision-making, without direct policy ownership.
-   Support cross-functional coordination through accurate and timely analysis.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
-   4-6 years of experience in compensation, benefits, budgeting, or compensation analysis
-   In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and budgeting principles.
-   Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
-   Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
-   Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
