**Our Career Opportunity**

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing order, structure, and momentum to a busy office. This is far more than diary management, it's an opportunity to become the CEO's trusted right hand, acting as the central point of coordination between the CEO, Leadership Team, and the broader business.

Working closely with the CEO, you'll help drive business priorities, manage competing demands, prepare executive and Board communications, and ensure key actions don't fall through the cracks. You'll build trusted relationships across the organisation, exercise sound judgement and discretion, and play a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of Bailey Abbott.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage the CEO's complex diary, meetings, travel, and priorities, ensuring time is optimised and aligned to business objectives.
-   Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, Leadership Team and broader business, managing communications and following up actions on behalf of the CEO.
-   Prepare high-quality Board papers, executive reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
-   Coordinate Leadership Team and Board meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and completed within agreed timeframes.
-   Draft professional correspondence, internal communications, and company-wide updates on behalf of the CEO.
-   Manage confidential and commercially sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
-   Coordinate executive events, leadership forums, client meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
-   Identify opportunities to improve executive processes, governance, and administrative efficiencies.
-   Build strong relationships across the business, anticipating the CEO's needs and proactively resolving issues before they arise.
-   Support strategic projects and other executive initiatives as required.

## Requirements

-   Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or Senior Executive in a complex, fast-paced environment.
-   Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work with minimal supervision.
-   Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing Board papers, executive reports, and professional correspondence.
-   Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
-   Strong judgement, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
-   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce high-quality executive documentation.
-   A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to anticipate needs, drive follow-up actions and keep the business moving forward.
-   Experience supporting Board governance, company secretarial activities or executive reporting will be highly regarded.
