Bailey Abbott now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant - Strategy & Design to join our Digital Transformation capability. Our Consultants work within an active community of practice, enabling you to benefit from their years of collective experience and wisdom.

_Working as a Senior Consultant - Strategy & Design you will get the opportunity to:_

-   Facilitate engaging discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and planning sessions to uncover client challenges, opportunities and priorities.
-   Partner with clients to analyse complex business problems and identify opportunities to improve processes, services and customer outcomes.
-   Develop strategic recommendations, roadmaps and implementation plans that turn ideas into clear, practical actions.
-   Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a credible consulting partner and advisor.
-   Map current and future-state processes, customer journeys and service experiences to identify opportunities for improvement.
-   Apply Human-Centred Design principles to create practical solutions centred around real business and user needs.
-   Translate business needs and stakeholder insights into clear, actionable requirements that delivery and technical teams can work with.
-   Deliver high-quality consulting engagements from initial discovery through to strategy, design and implementation planning.
-   Create polished client deliverables, including reports, presentations, process maps, workshop outputs and strategic roadmaps.
-   Contribute to Data, AI and Transformation initiatives, helping clients identify opportunities for innovation, data-driven decision-making and responsible AI adoption while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

## Requirements

-   Demonstrated experience in consulting, advisory or industry roles, ideally within digital strategy, transformation or professional services.
-   Strong experience with Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking and/or Service Design methodologies.
-   Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated experience leading workshops and collaborative planning sessions.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical recommendations and solutions.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
-   Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams, with exposure to Data, AI, digital transformation and Agile delivery environments highly regarded.
