Banana Moon Day Nursery in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a **qualified, enthusiastic, and caring Early Years Educator** to join our friendly and growing team on a **Full-time basis**. ## Requirements

**We are seeking candidates with expertise, passion, and dedication to early years education. Ideal candidates will have:**

-   A full and relevant **early years qualification to a minimum of Level 3 or higher**, as defined by the Department for Education on the Early Years Qualifications List.
-   **Enhanced DBS disclosure** within the child workforce sector registered on the update service.
-   **Paediatric 12-hour First Aid certificate**.
-   Relevant **safeguarding training and qualifications**.
-   **Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.**
-   Previous experience as a **key person** in a nursery or early years setting.
-   Strong knowledge of the **Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)** and child development.
-   Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and families.
-   Enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated to supporting children’s learning.
-   Able to work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team environment.
