**About the Role:**  
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll:

-   Support room leaders in providing exceptional, balanced educational and care experiences.
-   Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children can flourish.
-   Build trusted relationships with families, ensuring they feel confident and happy.
-   Adhere to policies, procedures, and curriculum guidelines to maintain our high standards.
-   Represent Banana Moon in the community and support our nursery’s stellar reputation.
