## Description

**Banana Moon Day Nursery in Croydon** is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Professional to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children, supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Plan and implement stimulating and age-appropriate activities to support children’s development.
-   Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform planning.
-   Provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment that promotes children’s wellbeing.
-   Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
-   Engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships and support children’s needs.
-   Adhere to all safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and nursery procedures.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
-   Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
-   Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
-   Passion for fostering children’s development and learning.
-   Up-to-date DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.
