Banana Moon Day Nursery in Bishop's Stortford is excited to announce an opening for a skilled and passionate **Level 3 Early Years Practitioner** to join our dedicated team**.**

In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged 0-5 years, providing high-quality care and educational support within a nurturing environment.

You will collaborate closely with other practitioners and families to develop tailored learning plans that foster each child's development. Salary: upto £29,000 - depending on experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Work together as a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
-   Create and implement engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
-   Monitor the wellbeing and development of each child, maintaining thorough observations and documentation.
-   Build strong relationships with parents, communicating regularly about their child's progress and experiences.
-   Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment that meets health and safety regulations.
-   Work with nursery management to uphold policies and procedures.

## Requirements

-   Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
-   Proven experience working with infants in a nursery setting.
-   Strong understanding of child development principles.
-   Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
-   Effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with parents.
-   Passion for providing high-quality care and education for babies.
