## Description

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for a passionate and experienced **Nursery Room Leader** to join our supportive and friendly team. In this role, you will lead your room to deliver exceptional care and education to children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and development.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, managing and supporting your team, and fostering strong partnerships with parents. You'll play a key role in upholding the standards of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and contributing to a positive nursery environment.

Salary: £29, 120

## Requirements

-   Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
-   Experience in a nursery setting with leadership responsibilities.
-   Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
-   Commitment to child safeguarding and welfare.
-   Up-to-date DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification preferred.
-   Full time role (40 hours) between 7.30am - 6.30pm
