## Requirements

-   Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
-   Demonstrated experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
-   Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-   Passion for delivering high-quality care and early education.
-   Valid Enhanced DBS check for working with children.
-   Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
