## Description

\- Develop and implement the Quality policies, procedures, and standards.

\- Ensure compliance with local requirements and international quality standards.

\- Montior Service and operational quality and key performance indicators.

\- Lead internal quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

\- Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective actions.

\- Promote a strong quality culture across the organization.

\- Monitor customer and employee satisfaction.

\- Support the implementation of ISO standards and quality management systems.

## Requirements

\- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related filed.

\- 5-10 years of experience in quality management.

\- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Internal audits, and quality management systems.

\- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
