## Description

**Job Purpose:**  
To supervise daily teller and cash operations, ensuring accurate transactions, proper cash control, and high-quality customer service in line with the Bank’s policies and Central Bank of Iraq requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise daily teller activities and cash transactions.
-   Monitor cash balances and ensure compliance with approved limits.
-   Review and authorize teller transactions within assigned authority.
-   Ensure daily cash reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies.
-   Manage cash transfers and cash requirements of the branch.
-   Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of cash and related documents.
-   Support and guide tellers in daily operations.
-   Ensure compliance with AML/KYC requirements, Bank policies, and CBI instructions.
-   Maintain high standards of customer service.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

-   3–5 years of banking experience, preferably in teller/cash operations.
