## Description

-   Responsible for leading and coordinating digital banking projects and Agile delivery activities within the banking and financial services industry.
-   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business, IT, operations, compliance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
-   Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while supporting teams in adopting Agile best practices and continuous improvement culture.
-   Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage project backlogs, and ensure clear communication across teams.
-   Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and escalations while providing regular management reporting and status updates.
-   Support issue resolution, testing coordination, and delivery governance to ensure smooth project execution in fast-paced banking environments.
-   Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives across mobile banking, onboarding, payments, customer experience, and digital channels while ensuring compliance with banking standards and operational excellence.
-   Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and performance.
-   Coach and guide teams in Agile principles, best practices, and Scrum frameworks to foster a culture of self-organization and accountability.
-   Work closely with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and shared understanding among team members.
-   Help resolve impediments and challenges faced by the team to ensure smooth progress toward project goals.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders and management to foster open communication regarding project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
-   Promote continuous improvement by encouraging reflection and adaptation within teams and by implementing best practices in Agile methodologies.
-   Monitor team performance and progress, providing metrics and reports to stakeholders to assess team health and effectiveness.
-   Support and mentor team members, encouraging skill development and fostering a positive work environment.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
-   5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
-   Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in Agile project management.
-   Skilled in stakeholder management, Agile delivery, project coordination, team collaboration, risk management, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement with strong focus on customer-centric digital solutions and service excellence
-   Strong understanding of the payments & banking services.
-   Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or any equivalent Project management certification) is highly desirable.
-   Proven experience leading teams in delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.
-   Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to influence and drive change within teams and organizations.
-   Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
