## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Compliance Officer** to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws, Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT requirements, FATCA, and internal policies. The successful candidate will monitor compliance activities, assess regulatory risks, prepare regulatory reports, support audits, and promote a strong compliance culture across the organization.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, AML/CFT, and FATCA.
-   Review customer transactions and investigate suspicious activities.
-   Prepare and submit regulatory reports and disclosures on time.
-   Conduct compliance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
-   Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
-   Deliver compliance awareness and training programs.
-   Handle regulatory requests and customer complaints in accordance with company policies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Law, or a related field.
-   Minimum **3 years' experience** in banking or financial services, including **1 year in Compliance**.
-   Good knowledge of AML/CFT, FATCA, and Central Bank regulations.
-   Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
-   Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.
