Banyan Living, a trusted provider of luxury apartment living in the greater Cleveland area, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. This vital role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of property management, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
-   Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction.
-   Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
-   Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed.
-   Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
-   Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
-   Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.

-   A minimum of 1 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
-   Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair work preferred.

-   Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
-   Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
-   Availability for on-call duties and emergency maintenance as needed.
