## Description

-   Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring execution aligns with approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.​
-   Coordinate between architectural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure integrated and efficient project execution.​
-   Monitor project progress, identify delays or deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and performance.​
-   Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.​
-   Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all project activities.​
-   Oversee project documentation, reporting, and communication, ensuring accurate and timely updates to management.​
-   Collaborate with planning and cost control teams to ensure alignment between execution progress, budgets, and forecasts.​
-   Support risk identification and mitigation efforts, ensuring proactive management of construction-related challenges.​
-   Lead value engineering initiatives during construction, identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality, functionality, or project objectives.​

## Requirements

-   Years of Experience in the Relevant Field: 15-20​
-   Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Discipline: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.​
-   Professional Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications.​
