## Description

-   Oversee the execution of all civil works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.​
-   Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and conflict-free project execution.​
-   Monitor construction progress, identify delays or deviations, and implement corrective actions as required.​
-   Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to civil works.​
-   Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout all civil activities.​
-   Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and performance requirements.​
-   Support planning and cost control teams by providing accurate progress updates and technical inputs.​
-   Provide technical leadership and guidance to civil engineering team, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.​

## Requirements

-   Years of Experience in the Relevant Field: 8–12​
-   Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Discipline: Civil Engineering or a related field.​
-   Professional Certification: Saudi Council of Engineers Registration, PMP (preferred), or equivalent engineering certifications.​
