## Description

-   Lead the review and implementation of architectural designs, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.​
-   Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure design integration and resolve technical conflicts.​
-   Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent.​
-   Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.​
-   Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements.​
-   Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.​
-   Provide technical guidance to the architectural team and support performance and quality improvements.​
-   Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of design-related issues.​

## Requirements

-   Years of Experience in the Relevant Field: 8–12 ​
-   Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Discipline: Architecture or a related field.​
-   Professional Certification: Professional Architect License (Saudi Council of Engineers), LEED Certification, or equivalent architectural certifications.​
