## Description

-   Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.​
-   Monitor project costs and track expenditures against the budget.​
-   Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.​
-   Review contractor payments, invoices, and interim valuations.​
-   Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure cost alignment.​
-   Support procurement processes, including tendering and bid evaluation.​
-   Maintain cost reports and provide regular updates to management.​
-   Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms.​

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.​  
• 5–8 years of experience in cost control or quantity surveying in construction projects.​  
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and cost management practices.​  
• Experience in handling variations, claims, and payment certifications.​  
• Good analytical and reporting skills.​  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.​  
• Proficiency in relevant software (Excel, cost management tools).​  
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).​
