## Description

### **SUMMARY**

The Operations & Marketing Coordinator drives operational efficiency, local marketing strategies, and team onboarding across company-owned barre3 studios, with a primary focus on the Portland and NYC Markets. Reporting to leadership, this role partners with studio teams to manage client lifecycle automations, local events, retail logistics, and staff recruitment to deliver exceptional studio experiences and support business growth.

**\* Primary residence must be in the greater Portland area**

### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

_**Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:**_

-   Support hiring across Portland and NYC locations by screening applications, conducting initial phone screens & tracking candidates from application to hire
-   Administer onboarding paperwork, track progress, and facilitate consistent communications for new studio team members

_**SOPs & Internal Communication:**_

-   Create, regularly audit, and update studio operations SOPs, training manuals, and onboarding materials using tools including Google Workspace, Loom, and Canva to maintain brand standards and business efficacy
-   Support internal messaging & campaign specific trainings for studio team members

_**Local Marketing & CRM Management:**_

-   Oversee Loyalsnap/CRM management including audience segmentation, automations, and lifecycle management focused on client conversion, winbacks, and member retention
-   Execute regular campaign emails and text communications regarding local events, newsletters, and policy updates.
-   Partner with the Social Media Growth Lead and studio teams to coordinate scheduling and execution for local photo and video shoots supporting local and brand creative needs

_**Events & Community Engagement:**_

-   Provide hands-on operational and staffing support for local Portland events, driving strategy to maximize client acquisition and conversion.
-   Plan and schedule specialized community programming, including local BIPOC classes
-   Partner with local businesses and organizations to execute local activations - fostering community & driving lead acquisition & conversion in studios
-   Partner with Studio Managers on the planning, scheduling, and execution of events to support team readiness, client engagement, and lead acquisition  
    

_**Retail Logistics:**_

-   Inventory Management: Receive, inventory, and coordinate retail product distribution across all Portland studio locations in partnership with studio leadership.
-   Input and update new retail product in point of sale

This role requires time in both our support center office and our 5 local Portland area studios.
