Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration. We work with property owners, facility managers, and insurance carriers to restore roofing systems damaged by weather events.

We’re hiring a **Commercial Roofing Field Service Technician** to support commercial and residential repairs, service work, and job site maintenance. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on identifying issues, completing repairs, and ensuring projects meet company standards.

**Pay Range:** **$30–$40 hourly DOE**  
**Job Type:** Full-Time, not a remote position

### **Minimum Qualifications**

-   Must be physically capable of climbing ladders and working on **commercial and residential** roofing systems
-   **3+ years of commercial roofing experience, specifically with single-ply systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC)**
-   **3+ years of residential roofing and repair experience**
-   Strong understanding of general construction practices (flashing, penetrations, drainage, etc.)
-   Clean driving record and drug test
-   Ability to work full-time hours

-   Organized and able to manage multiple jobs and priorities
-   Strong communicator with crews, leadership, and customers

-   Comfortable using mobile apps and field documentation tools

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Identify and diagnose leaks, system failures, and installation issues
-   Complete repairs and service work on commercial roofing systems
-   Act as a field quality control point, ensuring crews meet Bartlett Roofing standards
-   Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines
-   Document site conditions, repairs, and issues with photos and detailed notes
-   Travel to warranty and service calls to assess issues and support resolution
-   Coordinate with Production and leadership to address job site concerns in real time
-   Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition
-   Communicate consistently with team members and leadership on job status and updates

### **Preferred Experience That Sets You Apart**

-   Experience with commercial service work and leak detection
-   Familiarity with RoofLink or similar field/CRM systems
-   Broad knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and repair methods
