As we continue to grow, our Recruiting Team plays a critical role in building the workforce that drives our success. We are focused on bringing in high-quality talent and creating a strong, consistent hiring process across all markets.

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented _**Recruiter**_ to support our hiring efforts. This individual will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and help create a positive, high-quality candidate experience.

**Pay Range: $55K - $70K annual salary DOE + Uncapped Bonuses!**  
**Job Type:** Full-Time, in-office (not remote)

### Minimum Qualifications

-   1+ years of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience required
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   High level of organization and attention to detail
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Experience with ATS systems preferred
-   Comfortable making high-volume calls and candidate outreach

### What You’ll Do

-   Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle from application to offer
-   Review and process inbound applications daily with speed and accuracy
-   Conduct screening interviews to assess qualifications and fit
-   Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
-   Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and notes in the ATS
-   Prepare and extend offers (verbal and written)
-   Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outbound efforts
-   Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
-   Coordinate onboarding and communicate next steps with new hires
-   Partner with hiring managers to align on needs and improve candidate quality
-   Use headhunting tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Resume to find passive candidates
-   Develop personal outreach strategies to attract top talent
