### Compensation

**Base Hourly Wage: $16-$19/hr**

-   Entry-Level: $16/hr
-   Experienced Appointment Setters: $18-$19/hr

**Performance Bonuses:**

Earn additional bonuses for qualified appointments that complete an inspection consultation:

-   $30 per completed appointment
-   $40 per completed appointment at higher performance levels
-   $50 per completed appointment at top performance levels

### What You’ll Do

-   Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door
-   Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners
-   Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities
-   Set qualified appointments for the sales teams
-   Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools
-   Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times
-   Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team
