We’re seeking an experienced **Invoicing Specialist** to help support our accounting team. They will be responsible for the timely and accurate creation and approval of insurance invoices and supplements.

**Pay Range: $54,000.00 – $75,000.00 annually DOE**  
**Job Type:** Full-Time, in-office (Boise, ID , Spokane, WA or Murray, UT)

### Minimum Qualifications

-   High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in accounting, business administration, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
-   A minimum of one to two years of experience in invoicing, billing, estimating, accounts receivable, or project management. Ideally within the construction, roofing, or home services industry. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
-   Demonstrated ability to generate, review, and submit accurate invoices for completed residential and commercial projects. Experience reconciling job costs against contracts, change orders, and scope of work documents.
-   Working knowledge of the insurance restoration process, including the ability to read and interpret Xactimate estimates, insurance scopes, and supplements. Experience invoicing insurance carriers, mortgage companies, or third-party claims administrators. Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plus.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and detail-oriented approach. Ability to coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters, sales teams, and office staff to ensure billing accuracy. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of invoices and payment follow-ups with minimal supervision.

### What You’ll Do

-   Diligently review and crosscheck supplement inspection forms.
-   Communicate effectively with project managers and sales representatives.
-   Utilize Xactimate efficiently to create and negotiate supplements.
-   Maintain a 3 day turnaround time on all invoice requests
-   Follow up persistently with insurance companies and track approval status.
-   Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to resolve queries.
-   Conduct regular follow-ups, provide necessary information, and obtain documentation from carriers regarding supplement negotiations.
-   Maintain a 24 hr turnaround time on all communications with all emails, notes, slack messages & phone calls.
-   Handle escalated supplement cases by taking over negotiations and resolving complex approval issues that require senior-level intervention.
-   Assist monthly training sessions for AR and Invoicing teams.
-   Audit denied supplements and identify trends for improvement.
