**Role Overview**  
This is a research-driven, strategy-focused role focused on building high-quality enterprise pipeline. . This is a research-heavy, strategy-focused role that enables our Account Executives to target the right prospects, craft personalized outreach, and execute high-impact campaigns. You will be the intelligence behind our go-to-market efforts.

**What You’ll Do**

1\. Targeted List Creation

-   Build precise lead lists of target contacts in prioritized accounts and territories.
-   Conduct market research to identify:

-   Accounts with R&D or manufacturing hubs in target territories
-   Products produced and manufacturing locations

-   Maintain high-quality lists (5–20 leads per account/site, ~50–200 entries per territory)

2\. Account Briefs

-   Prepare detailed briefs per target account/site summarizing:

-   Company overview, revenue, headcount, and HQ location
-   Key products and R&D/manufacturing sites

-   Relevant digital initiatives, press releases, or news
-   Alignment to Basetwo’s solutions and customer use cases

3\. Territory Briefs

-   Create region-specific briefs highlighting:

-   Key accounts, regional HQs, and manufacturing sites
-   Market opportunities for AE planning and prospecting

4\. Tactical Campaign Support

-   Support sales events, including:

-   Conferences: research attendees, speakers, and exhibitors; schedule meetings; coordinate outreach
-   Webinars: build invitee lists, send invitations, manage follow-ups
-   Sales Travel & Site Visits: provide logistical and intelligence support to optimize targeting  
    

**What Success Looks Like**

-   High-quality, actionable leads and briefs that enable AEs to prioritize and close opportunities
-   Well-researched, targeted outreach that drives engagement with top-tier pharma accounts
-   Proactive, thoughtful use of research tools (including AI like GPT) to solve complex go-to-market questions

## Requirements

-   1–3 years in sales research, market intelligence, or related analytical roles
-   Experience building B2B lead lists and account briefs (pharma experience a strong plus)
-   Strong research and analytical skills; comfortable learning about unfamiliar market
-   Excellent written and verbal communication
-   Highly organized and detail-oriented
