**Overview:**

**Bassett Healthcare Network**, is seeking a full or part time BC/BE Dermatologist to join its busy practice. 

-   **Salary Range: $500,000 - $600,000**
-   **Sign-on Bonus: up to $150,000**
-   **$45,000 additional residency/fellowship stipend**
-   **Location: Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill, Delhi/Andes, Herkimer and Little Falls with the opportunity to select your primary location**

**Job Description & Responsibilities:**

-   Join a highly collaborative Dermatology department team of 3 Dermatologists, which include a Mohs surgeon and Tele dermatologist, and 5 Advanced Practice Clinicians
-   Become a part of Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons
-   Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region
-   Medical Dermatology with additional opportunity for Pediatric Dermatology, Procedural, Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology as desired
-   Outpatient practice
-   No Call Requirement
-   Virtual Scribe if desired
-   Full support staff
-   Optional teaching opportunities with Columbia Medical Students and Bassett’s Internal Medicine and Surgical Residents

## Requirements

-   MD, DO or MBBS
-   BC/BE
-   Completion of an accredited USA Dermatology residency
-   New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
-   BLS Certification Required
-   DEA Required

**Compensation & Benefits:**

-   Salary Range: $500,000 - $600,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards_

-   Sign-on Bonus: up to $150,000
-   $45,000 additional residency/fellowship stipend
-   Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap.  Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment
