In partnership with ONET in Luxembourg, we joined forces to provide an extensive range of cleaning services. With our office in the heart of Luxembourg, this role among a team of 4 motivated people offers the perfect experience to take part in an environment full of opportunities. 

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Joining our Luxembourg team, you'll be immersed in real projects from day one, with Belgium as your primary market and a hand in growing our presence in Luxembourg as well.

Clients operations:

-   Once a retail or business client books via the app, you take the lead. You maintain close relationships with both clients and cleaning agents, ensuring smooth communication and a great service experience for everyone involved.
-   Logistics can be tricky. When a last-minute change happens or a scheduling puzzle arises, you have to find the best outcome for both the client and the agent.
-   You manage feedback, handle complaints professionally and help ensure that every service meets our quality standards.
-   You keep information up to date, process contract changes, manage absences and support payroll-related questions from employees.
-   Operational Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership to streamline processes and enhance our operational efficiency.

Cleaning agents operations: 

-   You own the full recruitment cycle for cleaning agents, from sourcing candidates to final sign-off, always tailored to the company's evolving needs.
-   You screen CVs, conduct phone and face-to-face interviews, and guide selected candidates through their employment contract and training.
-   Once hired, you take charge of onboarding, helping new agents settle in and get up to speed.
-   You maintain accurate employee records and handle accident and illness reports as they come in.
-   You also support monthly payroll processing in Belgium, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Growth and development

-   Process Improvement: You share your input to help refine our existing processes, making our business management leaner and more efficient.
-   Brand Strategy: You help shape and maintain our brand identity as we grow across multiple markets.
-   Growth Hacking: You team up with our growth team to explore new ways of scaling our services and expanding our market reach.
