## Description

**Bath & Cabinet Experts** is seeking a dynamic, results-driven **Assistant Field Marketing Manager** to support field marketing efforts within their assigned territory. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, enjoys supporting and developing teams, and is passionate about creating memorable brand experiences that drive growth for a rapidly expanding home improvement company.

**What You'll Do:**

-   Support the Field Marketing Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating a high-performing field marketing team within your territory
-   Assist in the planning, managing, and execution of field marketing initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads
-   Help manage the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post-event performance analysis
-   Represent Bath Cabinet Experts’ exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
-   Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently showcasing **Jacuzzi Bath Remodel** and **Skybrook Kitchen** products and services
-   Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations
-   Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments
-   Assist with additional marketing initiatives, including outbound calls and lead nurturing
-   Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies
-   Support new market launches and assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed

**Who You Are:**

-   Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences
-   Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
-   Prior leadership or field marketing experience preferred
-   Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
-   Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
-   Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
-   Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally with branded marketing materials
