BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering and Program/Project Management Services to Federal and private sectors. **Position Summary** BB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Senior Engineer/Project Engineer** to join our team, providing senior-level engineering leadership and technical oversight for engineering and technical-support services for U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii and Hawaii Infrastructure Task Force (HITF). The work will be performed in a hybrid environment, utilizing a combination of remote work and on-site presence at USAG-Hawaii facilities. **Job Duties & Responsibilities** - Lead or review the Contractor’s technical analyses, technical document reviews, engineering reports, infrastructure assessments, technical risk analyses, cost-estimating support, schedule-analysis support, requirements-documentation support, and technical recommendations before submission to the Government - Ensure that contractor technical work products are internally reviewed for technical accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with applicable contract requirements before submission to the Government - Posses demonstrated experience relevant to potable-water infrastructure, utility infrastructure, facilities engineering, capital-improvement projects, construction, or comparable engineering programs - 6+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience, including experience reviewing technical design packages, studies, project submittals, cost estimates, schedules, and technical report - Serve as the Architect of Record; provide final licensed approval of engineering or design documents; make final technical decisions for the Government; or otherwise perform inherently governmental functions ## Requirements ### Key Qualifications - **U.S. Citizenship** and the ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC is **required.** - **Strong Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. - **Software:** Proficiency using MS Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - **Self-Starter:** Highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines autonomously. ### Experience & Education - **Experience:** A minimum of 6+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience, including experience reviewing technical design packages, studies, project submittals, cost estimates, schedules, and technical report is **required.** - **Education/Certifications:** A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business administration, or related discipline; or equivalent qualifying experience is **required.**    **Physical Requirements and Work Environment** The physical demands and work environment will vary based on the position, assigned duties, and work location.
