**Responsibilities:**

-   Assist Director with daily emails and production/sourcing inquiries
-   Create and/or Update Excel charts by factory daily with revisions
-   Assist with Raw Material Library Creation
-   Daily follow-up with cross functional partners on open production issues
-   Receive/check-in and prep daily packages
-   Support data cleaning initiative for all Core fabrics in the system by updating key aspects including cost, MOQs, specs etc.
-   Special projects as assigned

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience working in fabric, production or similar role
-   Degree in Fashion, Product Development, or similar field
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
-   Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-   Good time management with sense of urgency
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
-   Production background plus!

_**The salary range for this full-time position depends on experience between $26.00-$30.00/hour.**_
