# Beam ABA Services Careers > Beam ABA Services support individuals with diagnosis of autism and learning disability in their own home and in the local community. Most of the young people we support are young adults (aged 21-30) who may be coming to the end of their formal education or have already finished. Our role is to provide individualised support based on the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to develop person-centred plans that focus on teaching functional and meaningful skills. A lot of our support takes place in the local community, and we encourage all of our team to have the mentality of taking positive risks in order to provide the young people we support with opportunities to do things that are enjoyable and meaningful to improve their overall quality of life.
We are rated 'OUTSTANDING' by Care Quality Commission [CQC] and are proud of the support that we provide. We offer our team the support and training they need to grow and develop within the field of ABA and support more generally. Our in-house training is delivered by MSc and BCBA accredited Consultants and we offer study release and contributions towards course fees for formal accreditation. We offer Registered Behaviour Technician training to all Behaviour Support Therapists who have successfully passed their probationary period. > Powered by Workable. ## Open Positions - All open roles (GET `https://apply.workable.com/beam-aba/jobs.md`): 2 current openings - Youth: 2 roles ## Optional - [Careers page](https://apply.workable.com/beam-aba/): Main careers page - [Company website](http://www.beamaba.com): Beam ABA Services website
