## Requirements

### Responsibilities

-   Assist in planning, creating, and editing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
-   Support the production of short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook clips) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
-   Collaborate with design and video teams to develop multimedia assets.
-   Help manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
-   Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities.
-   Track and report on content performance metrics.

### Requirements

-   Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
-   Strong interest in social media trends, especially short-form video content.
-   Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva).
-   Good writing and communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese.
-   Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
-   Familiarity with digital marketing and social media analytics is a plus.
