**Job Description:**

A Case Supervisor in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the delivery of therapy and intervention services for individuals with autism or other developmental disorders. Case Supervisors conduct field visits, provide supervision to assigned cases, review data, monitor client progress, make program modifications as needed under the direction of a clinical manager, and provide parent training and education. This position reports directly to the Clinical Director for supervision and provides case clinical supervision to all levels of behavioral therapists.

**Requirements for Case Supervisors:**

-   Oversee Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they implement treatment plans with fidelity.
-   Conduct regular observations (in-person or via telehealth) of sessions to monitor the quality of service delivery.
-   Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications. Use data to adjust goals, teaching strategies, and behavior interventions as needed.
-   Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions and techniques to ensure consistency across environments.
-   Stay updated on and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and other governing bodies.

**Qualifications:**

-   Must possess a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
-   Candidates must be actively pursuing BCBA certification and demonstrate progress toward meeting BACB eligibility requirements.
-   Two years of experience in ABA or a related field. Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services is a huge plus!
-   Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance.
-   Must provide proof of a negative TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster Virus during our onboarding, which we will pay for.
-   You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you must have a reliable form of transportation, including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.

**Physical Requirements:**

-   Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
-   Ability to frequently transition between floor and standing positions throughout the workday.
-   Ability to actively engage with children and move quickly within home, clinic, school, and community settings to ensure client safety and provide effective support.
-   Ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviors and implement behavior intervention strategies.
-   Ability to lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as required by assigned cases, with or without reasonable accommodation.
-   Ability to use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices for documentation, communication, and data collection.
-   Ability to travel between client locations and perform the essential functions of the position in various environments.

**Expected hours: This is a part time role** to start. Full-time Case Supervisors are required to work a minimum of 30 hours, and at least 25 of the 30 hours must be billable. Occasional weekend hours may be required.
