## Description

**Job Overview:**

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 BC projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to business needs.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 BC implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
-   Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resources while managing risks and resolving project issues.
-   Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure alignment with Dynamics 365 BC capabilities.
-   Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including developers, consultants, vendors, and business teams.
-   Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
-   Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial and time constraints.
-   Ensure compliance with Microsoft’s best practices and standards for Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
-   Drive change management and end-user adoption efforts through training and communication plans.

### Requirements:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
-   Minimum 5 years of project management experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
-   Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC modules and functionality.
-   Proven experience managing full project lifecycle with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
-   Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
-   Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-   Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration tools is a plus.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
-   Minimum 5 years managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
-   Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
-   Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile) preferred.
-   Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
-   Familiarity with Power Platform and integration tools preferred.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-   Ability to work remotely or in hybrid teams.
