## Description

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and enhancing business-critical solutions that help organisations improve their processes and achieve digital transformation goals. You will combine strong technical expertise with a business-focused mindset, translating requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and application consultants, acting as a technical advisor and ensuring delivered solutions create measurable business value.

### Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will:

-   Design, develop, and implement solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
-   Build custom components, extensions, and applications using the Dataverse platform.
-   Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following best practices for architecture, security, and code quality.
-   Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, and internal or external systems.
-   Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and technology decisions.
-   Lead and participate in code reviews, quality assurance activities, and DevOps processes.
-   Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide guidance during application lifecycle management.
-   Support customers and internal teams by identifying opportunities for digitalisation, automation, and process improvement.
-   Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, recommending improvements where appropriate.

## Requirements

-   Several years of professional experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Power Platform.
-   Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse development and customisation.
-   Experience designing and implementing integration solutions using Microsoft Azure.
-   Strong understanding of software development principles, architecture patterns, and secure coding practices.
-   Experience working in Agile development environments.
-   Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Fluent Swedish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.

### Desirable Experience

Experience with the following would be advantageous:

-   Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and custom connectors.
-   Azure integration technologies such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or Service Bus.
-   Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architecture and ALM practices.
-   DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
-   Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
