## Description

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Consultant to help organisations optimise and digitise their business processes through Microsoft technologies. This is a customer-facing role where you'll combine business analysis, solution design, and technology to deliver innovative solutions that create real business value.

Working across implementation and support projects, you'll engage with stakeholders from initial discovery through to solution delivery, user adoption, and ongoing optimisation.

### Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

-   Translate business requirements into effective solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Customer Insights, and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
-   Facilitate customer workshops, gather business requirements, and map business processes.
-   Design and configure Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that align with business objectives.
-   Support solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
-   Provide second-line application support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement during the application lifecycle.
-   Produce solution documentation, process flows, functional specifications, and demonstration environments where required.
-   Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality business solutions.
-   Advise customers on best practices and identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes using low-code/no-code technologies, while recognising when custom development is required.

## Requirements

-   A minimum of three years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or the Microsoft Power Platform.
-   Experience designing and configuring Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
-   Strong understanding of business processes across one or more of the following areas:

-   Sales
-   Customer Service
-   Marketing
-   Field Service
-   Finance
-   Internal business operations

-   Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and translating them into functional solutions.
-   Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Fluent Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

### Desirable Skills

The following experience would be beneficial:

-   Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
-   Experience with Customer Insights, Dataverse, or related Microsoft technologies.
-   Knowledge of solution architecture and integration concepts.
-   Experience working within consultancy or customer-facing project environments.
-   Familiarity with Azure services, Microsoft 365, or custom development within the Dynamics ecosystem.
