Working closely with the General Manager, Registered Support Manager and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in clinical governance, quality assurance, colleague development and the day-to-day support of residents with nursing needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape nursing practice within a new service and ensure residents receive care that is safe, personalised and delivered with dignity.

Key responsibilities

\- Provide supervision, coaching and support to nurses and care colleagues.

\- Help identify training needs and support clinical development across the team.

\- Contribute to safeguarding, incident reviews, investigations and quality improvement.

\- Support the Registered Support Manager and General Manager with regulatory compliance and clinical governance.

About you

You will be a registered nurse with strong clinical experience and the confidence to lead others. You will understand the importance of safe care, good documentation, clear communication and supporting teams to make sound clinical decisions.
