## Description

Beond is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Production Planner** to play a critical role within the Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO). You will be responsible for coordinating manpower, resources, and maintenance inputs to ensure scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

This role requires close coordination with CAMO, MCC, Line Stations, and internal AMO teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, Beond’s MOE, and industry best practices.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Plan and verify the feasibility of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, ensuring facility availability and compliance with the MOE.
-   Liaise closely with CAMO for scheduled maintenance and MCC for unscheduled and real-time maintenance activities.
-   Coordinate maintenance inputs across Line Stations, Stores, Procurement, subcontracted and approved organisations.
-   Confirm availability of Certifying Staff, Technicians, and Independent Inspectors, updating manpower and man-hour plans accordingly.
-   Ensure availability of maintenance data, tooling, equipment, materials, and parts for all planned tasks.
-   Prepare, review, and validate work packages received from CAMO or customers; create internal AMO work orders when required, ensuring completeness and compliance with Beond’s approved scope.
-   Assign appropriate Certifying Engineers and maintenance teams, providing operational support throughout maintenance events.
-   Monitor Flight Hours (FH), Flight Cycles (FC), ADDs, and maintenance deadlines in coordination with CAMO.
-   Manage manpower coordination during inspections, including support for additional discrepancies identified during maintenance.
-   Ensure effective shift handovers during multi-shift operations, maintaining compliance with human factors, fatigue management, and ASC-001 requirements.
-   Coordinate contracted and subcontracted tasks (e.g. NDT, borescope inspections) with approved organisations.
-   Escalate manpower shortages to NPMX where availability falls below 25% of required staffing levels.
-   Maintain maintenance efficiency, task yield, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
-   Raise MORs and Safety Reports as required and support concessions, exemptions, and permit-to-fly coordination with MCC, CAMO, and Compliance.
-   Produce operational and maintenance planning reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
-   Ensure timely delivery of completed Work Orders and Technical Log Pages (TLPs) to CAMO and communicate any discrepancies.
-   Prepare all supporting work order packages for upcoming maintenance activities.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years experience in aircraft maintenance planning or similar role.
-   Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field.
-   Previous experience in production planning, maintenance planning, or technical operations within an AMO or airline environment.
-   Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
-   Proficiency in maintenance management systems such as AMOS, RAMCO, or similar.
-   Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
-   Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   High attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
-   Comfortable working in a start-up or growth-phase airline, demonstrating flexibility and ownership.
