### **Job Summary**

We are looking for a dedicated Bank Dispatch and Warehouse Assistant to join our team (To include driving). This role is to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of goods to our customers while maintaining high standards in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

### **Delivery Duties**

-   Check goods onto the delivery van, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-   Deliver goods to customers, placing items in designated safe locations as requested.
-   Collect returned items from customers and process them accordingly.
-   Conduct daily vehicle safety checks to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.

### **Warehouse Duties**

-   Assist in unloading delivery vehicles efficiently.
-   Check off goods upon arrival and ensure accurate stock management.
-   Put goods away in designated storage areas, maintaining warehouse organisation.
-   Assemble and/or label products as required for dispatch.
-   Pick and prepare goods for dispatch to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

### **Skills & Qualifications**

-   Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
-   Ability to lift and move heavy goods safely.
-   Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
-   Good communication and customer service skills.
-   A valid driver’s license
