### **The Role: Outbound Call Sales Agent for the Russian Speaking Market**

In this role, you will connect with potential clients in CIS markets (Russian Speaking, which **EXCLUDES** Russia), showcasing our products and services effectively.

### **Your Daily Responsibilities**

-   **The Connector:** Make outbound calls to prospects, introducing our offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.
-   **The Closer:** Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
-   **The Record Keeper:** Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
-   **The Team Player:** Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance our sales strategies.
-   **The Learner:** Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in **Russian and English**, both written and spoken.
-   Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
-   Driven by targets with a passion for achieving sales goals.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills to handle objections effectively.
