### Talk to homeowners. Negotiate real deals. Get paid for it.

Better Buyer is a growing real estate investment company in Branford. We buy homes directly from owners who want a simple, fair sale, and we need a sharp, competitive closer to lead those conversations.

You won't be cold-calling from scratch. We hand you the leads, the CRM, the scripts and the training. Your job is to build trust with sellers, work out the right offer, and get the contract signed.

**What you'll do**

-   Call and follow up with homeowners who are thinking about selling
-   Learn each seller's situation and find a deal that works for them
-   Run the numbers on properties with our team and set offer ranges
-   Present offers, negotiate terms and close signed contracts
-   Keep your pipeline organized in our CRM and hit weekly targets

## Requirements

-   **You might be a fit if you**

-   Have sales experience of any kind (phones, retail, car sales and insurance all count)
-   Are confident on the phone and enjoy negotiating
-   Are coachable, competitive and organized about follow-up
-   Are eligible to work in the U.S.

-   No prior real estate experience needed. We'll train you.
