We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day financial operations.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Process payments and invoices accurately within our accounting system
-   Reconcile bank statements and customer accounts to ensure accuracy
-   Manage supplier payments and monitor upcoming payment schedules
-   Support variance analysis across expense accounts
-   Review and correct accounting entries, resolving any errors or duplicates
-   Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

## Requirements

### What we’re looking for

-   3+ years of bookkeeping or accounts/finance experience
-   Experience processing payments and invoices in an accounting context
-   Experience reconciling bank statements and customer accounts
-   Experience managing supplier payments and monitoring payment schedules
-   Experience supporting variance analysis across expense accounts
-   Experience reviewing and correcting accounting entries, including resolving errors or duplicates
-   Experience maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
-   Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
-   Experience with Xero or Sage accounting systems is required
-   Strong written and spoken English
